History and Overview ExpertsPLUS AG (Switzerland) - a member of the ExpertsPLUS Group - was founded in 2001. The Company offices are located in Hinteregg (near Zurich), Switzerland. ExpertsPLUS AG provides direct investments in new ventures and/or arranges financing on behalf of Partner Companies active in the area of renewable energy, sustainable resources and technology. Additionally the Company provides business development and executive management services. Resources ExpertsPLUS AG employs its Principle Partner, Martin Buschmann (MBA), on a full time basis. Additional executives and consultants are engaged on a case by case basis for specific mandates. Revenue ExpertsPLUS is compensated either wholly or in-part in the form of equity or equity-related securities (e.g. options, warrants or other securities convertible into equity) and / or share of profits achieved of the Partner Company concerned. Consultancy and management services are provided on a fee basis. The Group has been profitable throughout the duration of its activities and continues to hold equity stakes in all of its Partner Companies.
